Application Process

Review Our New Graduate Application Process

To apply for either New Graduate program, you must complete a New Graduate RN portfolio. The portfolio requires the following actions/information. You must complete Steps (1 -5) of this process to be consider for the New Graduate Program:

Steps

1) Complete an Online Application.

  • Visit our job search page.
  • Create an account (if you have not previously created one).
  • Create your online profile (if you have not previously created one). Creating a profile will allow you to easily update and reuse it to apply for additional jobs without re-entering your information each time.
  • Search for the new graduate program.
  • Submit your application, and attach a resume and/or cover letter. If you are unable to attach your resume, see the section below for information on how to send other documents. After submitting your application, you may log in at a later time to view your status.

2) Attach your your resume, including clinical placements and hours, as well as work/volunteer information (if applicable).

3) Complete an online Supplemental Information Form for the hospital to which you are applying.

4) Provide two clinical references from your preceptors or clinical instructors using the forms provided below. You should also provide 1 professional/volunteer reference (if applicable). We also accept letters of reference. Select the Hospital to which you are applying.

5) Provide a copy of your most recent unofficial transcript (does not require official seal).

Delivery Options & Confirmation

Your application will be sent to us automatically once you submit it online. If you paste your resume into the appropriate area on the application, we will receive that automatically, as well.

However, for the rest of the items in your portfolio, you have the following delivery options:

We no longer accept portfolios via mail; only via fax or email.

Be sure to send all supplemental information, references, and your unofficial transcript as a single packet, and follow up with our Nurse Recruitment Call Center within 3 business days to confirm receipt of your portfolio.
