At Stanford, we have the professional freedom to improvise to provide the best care. Working with experienced professionals provides a lot of opportunities to do different things. And, I have not had too many boring moments in my life.
What brought you to Stanford?
In short, the work hours. My field traditionally has difficult work schedules. The hours at Stanford are a better fit for my lifestyle.
What do you enjoy most about working at Stanford?
You get to see a constant variety of new people, even some famous people. The job itself is constantly changing, and everyday seems to be different.
What would you tell someone considering employment at Stanford?
It is definitely something I recommend. Stanford has a good reputation and offers stability.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy or what is it about you personally that makes you a valuable member of the Stanford team?
The Bay Area has an enjoyable climate. I like hiking and doing a lot of outdoor activities.
